The design team prepares the dieline, flat artwork preview and finishing position reference. The customer checks text, graphics, dimensions and process placement before sampling.
A physical sample is made according to the confirmed file so the material, printing effect, structure and finishing details can be reviewed before mass production.
QC checks the sample size, color difference, finishing position and structure. Samples are sent after the key appearance and structure details are reviewed.
After the customer confirms the sample, the production file is locked for bulk production. If adjustments are needed, small revisions can be made before a second sample is arranged.

Qualified products are counted, packed into cartons, labeled with shipping marks, protected with waterproof packing and checked against order information before shipment.

CMYK offset printing, Pantone spot color printing, single-color printing, silk-screen printing and UV printing are available for graphics, gradients, solid color areas and brand artwork.
Gold foil, silver foil, matte gold, matte silver, holographic foil, antique copper foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV, full UV, matte UV, reverse UV, matte lamination, gloss lamination, anti-scratch lamination, soft-touch lamination, flocking, texture embossing and die-cut windows can be selected by design need.
